Want to release with PROPYL? Send us a link to your project you would like to release with us, and we shall review your work and decide whether to move forward into production.


Please send any project links as either a Google Drive link, or a downloadable Soundcloud link. Thank you.


We offer CD and Vinyl runs to all artists, CD first and vinyl on request.


We reserve the right to turn down submissions from artists under the age of 18.


PROPYL 2023

WRONG / MISSING PRODUCT

While very rare, on occurrence we've had cases where the wrong CDs were delivered to our customers, due to a mix up in manufacturing which we do not oversee - please understand we are all humans and mistakes like this happen.


Of course, if you do receive any product which is not what you ordered, we will happily re-ship you the correct product again. Please just leave your name and email address associated with your order + a picture of the product you received instead by mistake. We will check our systems and ship you out a replacement ASAP.

FAQs

  • Shipping to the USA is approx. 1 week for CDs, and 2-3 weeks for Vinyl. Times can vary but generally speaking it is faster than estimated.


    Shipping to International varies, but generally speaking is 2 weeks to a month for all items. Shipping to Canada is generally 3 weeks to a month and a half.

  • Yes! We usually receive tracking for orders 2-3 days after your order confirmation email.

    Your order confirmation email sends out right when your product is ordered to be shipped. If you would like your tracking number, please reply to the confirmation email or email us at propylrecords@gmail.com.


    Tracking is generally through UPS or USPS, depending on the size of the order and your location.

  • While rare, it is possible for packages to get mixed up in manufacture or distribution. While we do not directly handle distribution of the products, and so cannot catch this before the order arrives, we are more than happy to resend your order if the item received is incorrect.
